Hello day 12!!Still feeling positive and smiley,survived a surprise evening with 7 smoking aquaintances last night,they were like bloody chimneys. Only effect it had on me was slight nausea from the smell...yucky....I was trying desperately not to breathe it in too!
The friend thing will always be difficult as I only have one friend that has also stopped smoking. I don't think that the area in which I live has heard about the anti-social aspect yet lol.
Still....have patted myself repeatedly on the back for being so great...and on the head whilst calling myself a good girl and once on the bum as I've been single so long I'd forgotton how it felt!
Roll on day 13!!!!
