Not such a great start today....emergency appointment at the dentist coz I have a lovely abcess under my front tooth....ouch ouch ouch!!! On the plus side however,I coped with pain,a dentist appointment and a sleepless night and all without cigarettes...how bloody good am I? The abcess is another reminder of what the nicodemon has done to me.....rotted my teeth!!!!!!!!!

NO MORE!!!!!!
