      Had two surgeries since 2000;lamenectomy of the entire lumbar region with stenosis at L4, followed by another incident of two ruptured discs in 2003, which pinched a nerve leaving me with a drop foot on my right leg.

      Might as well take ibuprofen
      Epidural Injection Somewhat Helpful
      Can be painful, but can be beneficial, depending on cause of pain. Being somewhat experienced on back/leg pain, it can be hit or miss.

      Oxycodone Working / Worked
      Helped but became addicted, so watch put for drs who would rather write than practice
      Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
      Exercise and movement are the best things, if you're up to it. DON'T FORCE IT!!

      My weight has been a roller coaster my whole life. For a while I was relatively thin, but then two back injuries left me limited in my physical abilities.

      Dont notice its effects unless I stop taking it it eases some of the tingles
