Years of substance abuse, alcohol being the "legal" one
reflecting back, have had depression episode as long as I can remember-drug & alcohol abuse didn't help
Had two surgeries since 2000;lamenectomy of the entire lumbar region with stenosis at L4, followed by another incident of two ruptured discs in 2003, which pinched a nerve leaving me with a drop foot on my right leg.
My weight has been a roller coaster my whole life. For a while I was relatively thin, but then two back injuries left me limited in my physical abilities.
Worry over numerous things, job, future, family, health etc.Trembling, dry heaves, stammering...
What is it, I'll take it...
