not too much to say just that i felt pretty good when i woke up considering it was day one on new meds. would like to check out website on my normal hours, set a goal to be consisitant with my journal, join a support group and meet some people. well sleep now sounds good. .... very nice day spent with tim at home, he made me speechless and teary-eyed when he said he loved me. 409 to bed, shall pick up car in morning around 10! finally then work.
