  Thanks for your comment. Your right I need to discuss it with my md. I have an appt coming up soon. So we will. I have just now realized that they must be connected somehow-the neck/tongue thing. Just wondered if anyone else had any insight. I feel kinda silly. How could the neck and tongue be related? But I think they must be. I notice both at the same time almost always. It's not food, I do watch for anything and everthing like you. I am very awhere of what's going on with my own body. I just can't explain it all. Thanks again. Nicole
