  where in AL? when was your surgery again?? and how mcuh have you lost so far?? well enjoy it up there. better that here i'm sure

  hey sorry it's been so long, been quite busy. well shrimp is about the only seafood i can eat. fish and chicken, omg, they are the worst. i feel like i'm having a heart attack, like 2 bites in. ugh. my doctor thinks it's really weird, bc fish and chicken should of been easy for me. but i stick to ground beef and shrimp. lol neither have yet to make me sick. but when i get sick its just like a pain near the bottom of my sternum and last about twenty mins and then it's gone. anyways. i dont know what it feels like in Arizona, but in Alabama it's freaking hot as all get out. my air is actually broken so it's like 97 in my house. ugh. getting it fixed today, i hope. i have lost 30 pounds so far and i pray it keeps coming off. thnks for all your support
