      you need a big hug ((((hugs)))), i read your jounal and feel so bad for you. your not alone, we all have troubles. hope things get better. are you on any meds.? i'm on 3, but still not so called normal. what is normal anyway, i forgot!!!! new friend, ronna

      I have two major, major phobias in my life. One is sales, which started as a result of a sales experience I had at age 19. The other is rejection from women. This also started around the same time.

      Treatments

      NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Working / Worked
      I felt better the next day, and felt more confident, but this faded after the next day. I stopped doing it.
