Earlier this afternoon, i saw a boy that is age 1 or 2, his father grabbed him yelling at him, saying hurtfull words in front of other people, Damn he is only 1 or 2!
Since that jerk is yelling and shouting, i can clearly hear the words he said to his son, he repeatedly saying( i will translate it in english ) "NEVER EVER DISOBEYE ME HUH YOU IDIOT DO WHAT I TOLD YOU YOU LITTLE BITCH, DON'T MISBEHAVE HUH!! AND STOP CRYING". and as the jerk yells to his kid he is slapping and hitting the boy in the face!
And want to know the reason why he is so angry at his little son? because his son have saw something in the grocery and he walks to get near it ( he saw my guns n roses t shirt and he is pointing out at the skull,smiling ), Well if only that Jerk is not stupid, he is talking to one of his buddies and he is not carrying or holding the child, and for that the child can walk away!
I feel so sad for the young boy for what an asshole his father is, i just hope he dont grow up to be like him.
The other irony thing is, I know that Jerk, he is a spoiled brat, never spanked by his parents ( according to his siblings) who thinks he is the greatest.
I also realized how lucky i am, because my father have never humiliate me in public places.

Well here it's not considered as child abuse by many people. Corporal punishment here is rough and brutal ( physically and emotionally)

that sounds like physical child abuse and verbal abuse. im sorry you had to see that, its uncomfortable for everyone. that poor little boy. if one of us is acting up badly in a public place my dad might grab us or pull us aside and just explain to us how we are behaving. sometimes he'll take us home but i think that is proper, its not proper to treat a little boy like that :(

Well he is a boy, and culturally speaking men here should be tough and invincible, and that's one of the reason why he have to undergo such thing. Me and some of my friends also have to go rough and brutal corporal punishment to be tough and brave, you know cultural bullshit. But i am still lucky because i only endured verbal abuse. In fact that's what i am going through now, my father is yelling at me today!

Pray for that child, if he doesnt' get battered and have broken bones or shaken baby syndrome it will be a miracle.

I also see this very much, and sad to say, people take things out on the ones closest to them. He needs therapy, that father, to learn what damage instead of a good child this will create. I agree, there should be parenting classes before anyone can have a child. Socialist? Bah humbug! I say tell the father as he's doing the abuse, get in his face, have the cops come, tell him you want them to come and be glad to tell him you know the number of a shrink! Adults dont know when they need help, they refuse it, what a better excuse to lend a helping hand! There are ways to get a child to behave, like telling him why he shouldnt do what he is doing. Conversation/communicating is the answer, not abuse, and many never learn soon enough......
