Close Arthritis
I have patellar/femoral arthritis and osteoarthritis of the lower spine.
Treatments
- Glucosamine/Chondroitin Somewhat Helpful
- I take in on recommendation of My surgeon, The only real way I consider to really see if it works is to stop using and compare.
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- Not as useful but I found it kinder to my stomach .
- Lodine Too Soon to Tell
- As my GP Me off them due to alleged health problems here in the UK.
- MSM Working / Worked
- As with Glucosamine.
- Naproxen Working / Worked
- Worked probably the best but hard on the gut.
- Surgery, Knee Replacement Working / Worked
- I had bi lateral tissue release on both knees but found it made matters worse unfortunately
- Voltaren Working / Worked
- These seem to be the best anti inflammatory s I have used so far .
