I am allergic to: dogs, dust, peanuts, walnuts, shellfish, wheat, cucumbers, blueberries, chicken, pennicillin, pollen, mold, Ibuprofen, and lanolin (an ingredient in some lotions and makeup).

Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful

I have no choice but to avoid many things. The problem is when someone brings peanuts to work or something like that. Or when someone lets their dog run up to me and rub itself all over me and says, "Oh, don't worry! He's a nice dog, he won't bite." Then I am sick for several days.

EpiPen Working / Worked

I don;'t have insurance. I need a new EpiPen but it costs over $100. Ugh.
