Type: Social PhobiaI need some help getting over a phobia, as I don't want it to affect me so much anymore. It's ruining my social life.
Treatments
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Talking to people took away some of the anxiety but its still somewhat there. Its just not as bad.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- Starting this in a few days so well see where it takes me.

- Still kind of early to tell, but I'm noticing the changes. I basically feel a lot better about myself. The only side effect that I noticed was the drowsiness in the first 2 weeks of taking it.
