    your diet seems really tasty, is it vegan? I have bought a vegetarian recipe book but tried to cook with tofu but it didn't turn out quite right. I like quorn and often do a stirfry but often feel deprived especially as have a great takeaway near us, keep going, you are doing a great job !!

    Have given up sugar since January 13, 2008. I am 25+ years sober & clean so used my 12 step model (one day at a time) which worked just fine until the last few weeks. Which is why I am seeking support in this group. Wondered if I was getting complacent or isolated, needed to shake things up. I have been up & down in my patterns of eating, will have several good days, then a day when I struggle to not overeat (constantly on my mind - though I don't give in) and then I have a day (happened twice now) that I don't care & give into the urge and binge on food, but still not anything I am not supposed to have - just too much food. Hiding what I eat has been major too recently. This seemed to have started when I went from simply cutting all forms of sugar out (substittes as well) and added no bread/potatoes (fairly successful, not perfect) and then attempted to 'count calories'. That is when I started feeling the obsession again. That is an ald pattern I do not know how to get away from. Sunni
