i totally started to eat celery and hummus last week for my meals to detox my body from all the salt and fat in the foods i eat.  but my loving husband is not making it easy and i shouldnt blame him when i eat the stuff he does but grrrr i need to lose weight not eat McDonalds or pizza or wraps or drink soda.  so back to detoxing again with hot water and lemon hopefully itll be enough.

Let me know if the detoxing works. I hear all kinds of negatives and positives. Are you just detoxing for salt or more than that? I feal your pain about the sabotage. Sometimes I think my husband buys all of the junk food on purpose. Deep down, I think on some subconscious level, he thinks if I lose the weight I will leave him. He eats a lot of junk food. It is so hard to stay on track and stay focused. And my frustration is that this is taking so much longer than I would have imagined. It has been 7 months for me and I have only lost 14 lbs. I go down 2, up 1, down 1, up 1. I know I haven't been die hard on this and that I binge once in a while, so I have no one to blame but myself in that regard (and guilt doesn't help me either.) Anyway, I hear ya. I have been doing a lot of walking again and need to get back into my YMCA routine. How is your exercise? Are you taking a mutlvitamin to make up for the missing vitamins?

Take care and have a great day. Hope things get better.

    Love & Hugs, Yvette
