So far, I have been focusing on eating "right," most of the time and exercise. I have allowed myself to sneak in a little junk food here and there. The scale has reminded me of those pitfalls. It is unforgiving!!! :( :(
I will deal with TODAY by: restricting my carb intake to a minimum and consuming mainly healthy, lean protein, 3 -4 oz. at a time, every 2 hours. It will not be easy. I'll be starving. My body will fight me for carbs, but I will not budge!!! I will go to the gym and work hard.

I get in a mood sometimes for junk food. I'll ignore the cravings until I'm feeling it pretty bad, and then I stop and think about what exactly will satisfy that craving and then work it in to my daily calorie allowance.
I try to restrict my carb intake too. My body seems to respond much faster to limited carbs, rather than just limited calories.
Sorry about the scale, I feel your pain. I've just finished 'relosing' the same 5 lbs b/c of my junk food fest. It's not worth it! Keep telling yourself, it's not worth it!
