  On lo carb eat all the raw veggies u want take Xenical if veggies aren't cooked ur body can't absorb the carbs and will burn more calories to digest raw veggies. I felt great when I was doing this I wish I could get back on it I also wa taking St Johns wort. R u taking an antidepressant? That will also help good luck. I would love to live or even visit southern Cal.

  Hi how are you? We have just come home from a week in Bath. The weather was mixed either raining all day or very hot. I went on a jewellry course which was fun.

  I read your journal entry & I know exactly what you are going thru. I was 290 & lost to 217. This week I gained 5.2 lbs. However, I take prednisone everyday because of a rare muscle disease.
