I am just so sorry to hear about what you must be going through! I know first hand what pain this is for you both and wish to heaven that I could help ease things for you. I know you need support and understanding and I CAN give you that! I lost my Serina a year ago, Last April and I miss her more than I can tell you and Always will. I am 38 and slipped through the cracks while in school because I did not demonstrate the physical symptoms (I hide them well.) Mental focus was like looking through a prizm. Then came too many questions, not enough delineation.

I have seen many sleepless nights. Anyting PM has the same drug as every over the counter pain-sleepaid Benadryl (diphenhydramie) HCL. Advil PM uses D-citrate. I also take Klonopin. Avil PM one hour before then Klonopin under the tounge at bedtime brings restful sleep for me. All the other OTC Drugs make me toss and turn. Always talk to your doctor first.
