I was diagnosed with RSD only last year. I had to walk with crutches. I've already missed almost 2 years of school. Though my RSD has gotten better because of exercise and gabapentine 900mg/day, my Fibromyalgia and headaches are now affecting me so much that I can't concentrate and I am in pain 24/7. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I feel for you, I also go through the same thing because of workers comp I have not been on any meds since January. Most the time I want to jump on the highway and hope a truck hits me but then with my luck I'd probably get sued for denting the truck :). Driving that distance isn't fun for ya either is it?.
