Close Back Pain
To find a good doctor in So Orange County, California that understands that I have tried everything, am not open to the knife, coderizing (sp?) and function when properly medicated.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Not Working
- didn't work for me.
- Carisoprodol Working / Worked
- Good at controlling muscle spasms and elevates the overall comfort when combined with 10 mg hydro.
- Epidural Injection Not Working
- waste of money and time
- Flexeril Not Working
- gave me headaches
- Heat Working / Worked
- provide more soothing mental comfort than therapeutic.
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- was taking 4-6 per day for the past few years. Improved my function, but I have suspicions that they trigger cluster headaches that I also suffer from.
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- doesn't help at all.
- Morphine Not Working
- crap, loopy, no pain relief.
- Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- exercise and strengthening the core helps minimize spasms, but agitates my spinal issues.
- Stretching Somewhat Helpful
- always a good thing, but does not help for spinal issues.
