- worked awesome. was on it at rehab. wish i still had it tho
Close Eating Disorders
NEVER ENDING! had an ed for 8 years. been inpatient, partial, iop. everything. still battling it.
Treatments
- Group Therapy Not Working
- not so helpful. rather focus on my own underlying issues
- Outpatient Treatment Program Somewhat Helpful
- id rather focus on my own issues. its not about a joint issue with food. its about the underlying issues. those can only be discussed with and individual therapist
- Prozac Somewhat Helpful
- worked for depression. no effect on my ed tho
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- helpful depending on the therapist, had one therapist at partial program who was amazing. but cant see her anymore bc i was discharged, cant find anyone as great as her
- Renfrew Center Somewhat Helpful
- eh. treatment is treatment
- Residential Treatment Center Somewhat Helpful
- residential isnt as affective as partial. bc u have no choice but to eat and not exercise or purge. partial helps more bc u do have that option and u can work through it.
- Support from Friends & Family Not Working
- they dont understand
Open Miscarriage
had a miscarriage at 4 months. with a baby boy. i was going to name him Carter. first pregnancy after awhile of trying to conceive.
Open Sexual Abuse
was raped 3 times in my life. first at 12 years old, then twice when i was 18 in college.
