      Prison Working / Worked
      After the first seven days of nothing but sleep I was fine. I realize the main reason for this was because I was taken out of the meth environment. It was not around obviously and six months later I am more than fine!

      To seek guidance in dealing with my grandmother's suicide.

      Treatments

      Crying Working / Worked
      I have cried for 13 years.
      Grief Counseling Working / Worked
      Was involved in a grief therapy group while I was in prison. It helped tremendously.
      Poetry Working / Worked
      I wrote a very disturbing poem in regards to my grandmother's suicide. It was very difficult to write and is still just as difficult to read. But it did help me.
      Talking Working / Worked
      I have talked about it for 13 years. It just now seems that anything is working.
      Time Working / Worked
      It has been 13 years and, for the most part, still seems like yesterday. It is getting better though.
