You are not alone sweetie. I have been going to PHTH for 25 yrs and you sound a lot like me, Pain, heat, phth,advil,ect I hope your meds work. WE are all in this battle together, I always thought I was alone in back suffering. I found out I am not alone in this debilitating pain and having to lay down in discouragement when it gets bad. HANG IN THERE LPAIN

Close Back Pain
I have had back pain for about 2yrs. Tried pills, epidurals, PT, accupuncture etc. Went to a nurologist 2days ago put me on prednisone and wants me to use a back brace. I have anyular tear, DDD, bulging disc l4-l5. Praying this helps!

- Acupuncture Somewhat Helpful
- Helped wth pain shooting down my leg.
- Carisoprodol Working / Worked
- It did work, was on it for a while.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
- Got much worse after!
- Epidural Injection Working / Worked
- Helped to a point.
- Flexeril Not Working
- Did nothing for me.
- Heat Working / Worked
- I enjoy the heating pad, I find it soothing.
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- Advil helps.
- Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Felt relief. But always had to go 3x's a week.
- Stretching Working / Worked
- Hamstrings being stretched helps my back!
- TENS Working / Worked
- I believe that it does help the spasm.
- Lidoderm Working / Worked
- Helps make my back numb.
- Ultram Working / Worked
- Strong pain killer Helped I was a bit itchy on it though..
Close Rosacea
I have rosacea for 4yrs. Have tried many treatments. I am 31yrs old single female trying to deal with it!
