Psychotherapy Working / Worked

My psychologist is wonderful. We worked on my mother and pretty much discussed it up one side and down the other and I've accepted she sucked as a mother and set it aside. I can't talk to her about it as she passed away about 10 years ago. We are currently working on dad's part and he is about to arrive in my area to camp for 3 months and we invited him to doc's office to discuss things. I'm getting nervous as he doesn't know I have PTSD or what has gone on since I was diagnosed.

Rape Counseling Working / Worked

Doc and I have talked a little about my brother raping me and will cover it more when we are done working on dad.

Talking Working / Worked

Talking helps when I have a friend to talk to.

Topamax Working / Worked

Topamax is working great on my migranes.
