So, tomorrow is the temporary custody hearing. Tomorrow is the day that Tim and I can take control of everything. The lawyer says that it is simple and that it should be an in-and-out kind of thing. I really hope so. this is so vital for us, though. With this, we dont have to worry about anyone taking off with the girls. We wont have to put up with France's crap. She called and left me a message saying that she needs to talk with me. I told her that our lawyer said that she does nto need to be there tomorrow. This bothers her. She never said that she wouldn't come, though. Initially, she was planning on bringing several different people and pictures of Jesse's stomach. She claims that the only reason Tim and I have the girls is because she has been caring for her husband who had problems with a hernia surgery. Jesse has had a lot of health issues; however, that was not why Frances let us take the girls. Anyway, she called Tim earlier and made mention that Sonya told her that she wants things to go back to the way they were before when I was just her big sister and she lived with Frances and Jesse. Sonya said that when Haley first came over and she was jealous and Frances prompted her with it. Frances is upset that Tim and I were chose to be head classroom parents for Haley's class and not for Sonya's. She feels we should be both. We just cant do that. We can't be in both places and we just dont have the money to buy for both classes. Plus, Haley only has 10 kids in her class. Sonya is jealous, though. But, I am scared that Frances is gonna show up in the morning and cause a big scene. Im not talking to her tonight. I dont want to deal with it.

All will be well today!!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers all day!! Just stay calm and positive, it sounds like your lawyer is pretty confident and you and Tim have done so so so much for those girls. GOOD LUCK!!!
