Just ask...I'm completely open....my groups pretty much say it all... --been a cutter for 5 years --suffer from depression --beating eatting disorders --live in an area with a lot of military, my best friend is in the national guard, and i would be dating a navvy sailor, but he's gone for the next 2 months --was raped by an ex boyfriend --i would like to be in a healthy relationship --the ex that raped me was also asbusive... if you want to know anything else, just ask. i love to help people, and care about anyone and everyone who comes my way! so anything you need, if its advice, or just someone to talk to...i'm here for you!

- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- i went through months of group therapy at the suggestion of a psychologist. there were only 4 of us, all which various issues, me being the only one who was a self injurer. it wasn't all that helpful.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Have been to many, many therapists, counselors, etc. and none have really worked thus far. It's proved to be a waste of money.
