Support Groups
Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Looking for information that I don't already know about PCOS, and maybe to be able to help someone else with info I do know.
Treatments
- Depo-Provera Not Working
- Personally, I think this caused my PCOS.
- Metformin Too Soon to Tell
- I have been taking this for about 1 year, but I do not take it regularly due to GI side effects.
- Oral Contraceptives Somewhat Helpful
- I have taken ortho-tri-cyclen, it did regulate my cycles for the duration of my taking it, however for me it defeats the purpose.
- Progesterone Cream Too Soon to Tell
- I have just started using this, I have noticed small changes (for the better) but nothing major at this point.
- Vitex Too Soon to Tell
- I have just started taking this.
