Well I go to get an eeg on tuesday my doctor definetly says its not normal. So here we go in to steps in the process of finding out whats going on.

My husband started noticing that i snore quite a bit in my sleep which is normal for sleep apnea. In the past few weeks he says my whole body jerks lasting for 3-5 minutes at a time & then I stop for 15 minutes & I start again in a pattern and i Breathe fine he says and I sleep right through it. He says its not like a light jerk but like when my elbow comes down its with full force. When I was 14 I use to sleep walk but havent done that for quite sometime. Does anyone have a clue what it is? TY

I am in the process of seeing if i am having seizures all test for anything major has came back normal So i go on the 21st for a 72 hour eeg video monitor at the hospital
