Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

I had my gall bladder removed in 1977. Since then I had had IBS. The problem usually happens whenever I eat at a restaurant. Very seldom at home. I am so paranoid to eat anywhere & the problem seems to be getting worse. My doctor has tried different medicines, but nothing works. Any ideas?

High Fiber Diet Working / Worked

Some help, but not enough.

Lomotil Working / Worked

Trying this now. Slows down some, now takes 1 1/2 hrs. sitting at a restaurant until I feel it is safe to get away from the restroom.
