I am a cancer survivor who now has lupus and Antiphospholipid disease. I am a stay at home mommy of one toddler son. Animals are my passion. They have kept me going when life seemed too difficult to continue living..If it werent for my poor health (at times) I would have the perfect life............

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Your info really helps.
I guess I'm feeling a little extra sorry for myself because my husband is away on a business trip. I hate it when he's gone. We have 2 daughters that have high-functioning autism so it puts a lot of pressure on me when he's not here to help. Our daughters are older 23 & 15 so they're able to do a lot, of course, for themselves. They have OCD, too, so it can get nerve racking for me. I get really anxious...unfortunately I have that type of personality. I've got to learn to calm down in order to keep my stress levels down. Fortunately, he's going to be back home tomorrow evening.
Thanks again so very much. I feel better already. I will definitely take your advice.

Close Antiphospholipid Syndrome
I have APS
Close Lupus
I have Lupus and APS.I have been very ill from both these disease's. It helps me cope with my diseases by supporting and helping others who experience the same thing I go thru. My life has been a horrible journey at times.
Treatments
- Methotrexate Working / Worked
- Has been a life saver during this recent flare up and I dont have terrible side effects
- Plaquenil Working / Worked
- Worked by iteself to put me into remission for several years.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- Has worked wonders for me during this recent flare up. No weight gain AT ALL.
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- I need to take this for my aps and Methotrextrate
