  My Mom has never been overweight, either. She was a model when she was young, and is still gorgeous. I would trade her for her body any day... My Dad was also handsome and very fit, athletic body. They could seemingly eat anything they wanted and stay slim.

  Hey...hope you are feeling better....
  Trio bars I get from Costco. They are all natural....made up of 3 types of seeds, 3 types of nuts, and 3 dried fruits held together by a very small amount of like a sweet syrup. They are very crunchy and a little sweet. They curb my hunger a bit, due to the nuts. I don't find the diet bars very good, either! I also buy a similar bar that isn't so crunchy, but more chewy.

  I was just reading some things in your profile and I think we probably have somethings in common. I have also been a yoyo dieter. Sure while I was on the diets I lost weight but If I ever went back off I gained all the weight back plus some. One thing I'm trying to figure out is, how do naturally thin people stay thin when they don't diet?

  OH WOW!!! A friend of mine was attacked by a dog a few months ago and is suing the owner...she found out that she was the 3rd person attacked and injured by this particular dog....due to the owner allowing the dog to roam free. Hope you are OK....Hugs....

  I must have misunderstood, I thought U had a man in Ur life who makes resisting temptation a challenge....if that wasnt U Ur still more than welcome to join..we all have the same goal:)
