Migraine headaches since I was 20 years old.

Treatments

Amerge Not Working

helped long ago (1997), but now doesn't help much, if at all. Currently on Prozac & I can't stand the combo side effects

Aspirin Somewhat Helpful

helps to a degree, but not great.

Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked

I do not eat: peanuts, MSG, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite. I do not wear perfume & try to avoid perfumey situations. No aspartame or artificial sweeteners.

Caffeine Somewhat Helpful

helps to a degree, but not great.

Excedrin Somewhat Helpful

helps to a degree, but not great.

Fioricet Working / Worked

helps to a degree, but not great. Prefer Fiorinal.

Fiorinol Working / Worked

Worked better in the past, but not as well lately.

Imitrex Not Working

Took it a few times, noticed it did not help. Nasal spray actually made me feel worse.

Inderal Not Working

Long ago tried this, didn't work for me.

Maxalt Not Working

Tried a limited number of times. Gave me worse headaches, likely because of the aspartame.

Midrin Not Working

Used to work relatively well; now it just gives me a stomach ache.

Naproxen Not Working

Used to work in a limited sense, but not anymore. Plus it upsets my stomach.

Topamax Not Working

Didn't affect the migraines and made my mood worse.

Tylenol Somewhat Helpful

helps to a degree, but not great.

Promethazine Working / Worked

I end up sleeping for at least 8 hours but it does tend to help with the nausea and at least I can sleep the headache off.
