I just got off the phone with one of my friends. She is the ex of my cousin, but we are still amazing friends. I found out a few days ago she was pregnant. Today i found out she had lost the baby due to the stress my cousin forced apon her. I am shaking now, and I don't know what to do. I'm sorry for having to do this to you. I had to let it out.

Close Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling)
Type: TrichotillomaniaEver since i can remember, i had been pulling out my eye-lashes. Until last year, i had no idea this condition was a real thing. Sincelike 5 years ago (rough estimate), i had began pulling just about everywhere else except my head. Last year when i found out it was real, I went to a therapist for a while without much result. This year I started with my head. I'm going to try hypnotherapy and see if it works.
