hey, good job with not pulling! i know how hard it can be. (one night i was under a lot of stress and completely cleaned out my eyelashes. it was nasty.) i recommend GUM!!!!

Close Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling)
Type: TrichotillomaniaEver since i can remember, i had been pulling out my eye-lashes. Until last year, i had no idea this condition was a real thing. Sincelike 5 years ago (rough estimate), i had began pulling just about everywhere else except my head. Last year when i found out it was real, I went to a therapist for a while without much result. This year I started with my head. I'm going to try hypnotherapy and see if it works.
