Im new-how are you?
dont worry about the hummus and crackers-skinny folks binge on chipsndips and choc and all sorts.
it can be done to find a healthy and satisying diet-go for heaps of variety, eat the"good stuff" first sald pasta meat veges fruit nuts and then go to more luxuritems
you are hungy cos you think lots and use up calories.
try taking a few layers of clothes off and shivering.this burns calories like taking insulation out of your ceilings and walls.ive never heard of clothes loss as a help in weight loss, but it makes sense i reckon,
