God has blessed us with a "chosen son" and three grandchildren, as well as our "furry kids" dogs Katie & Dharma and cats Dora & Susie and good friends. Close Obesity
Have been a large person all my life. Have tried more diets than I want to think about. The past ten years and having health issues complicated by weight.
Treatments
- Swimming Working / Worked
- It helped in all areas (mobility, exercise and stress/depression) but the costs were high.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- Did help when we had a good lecturer but didn't get the group support I was hoping for. Also VERY expensive.
- Xenical Working / Worked
- Tried Xenical but it didn't do alot for me as I had been watching my fat intake for several years anyway.
