      Hello: I am 42 and had DVT and PE about 3 weeks ago. I'm hoping to get some moral support on healing and on how to exercise safely.

      Treatments

      Coumadin Too Soon to Tell
      I am on 4 mg./day of Warfarin. Back to work -- since I'm a secretary, I'm only on my feet minimally. Have swelling in my ankle and calf every day.
