Close Migraine Headaches

I've suffered migraines since I was a child. The older I get (I'm 47) the worse they get. Last year I developed Serotonin Syndrome and almost died ans spent a week in the hospital. My new neurologist said I'm the perfect candidate for BOTOX treatment and my insurance company DENIED it. Nothing else has worked and I've had episodes last over 30 days. Anyone out there got any links they can send me in support of BOTOX use to help my appeal? I can't live like this anymore.

I've been on dopamax for years and just recently had my dosage increased to 100 mg. I take so many other meds that have similair side effects I don't know what causes what. I deal with several other medical issues as well.
