Thank you for your kind and caring email to me about endo and stress. I have noticed how much worse my endo pain has become due to the level of stress in my life. Endo and stress! What a combination! Thanks for your caring, supportive email!

    • Close Endometriosis

I was diagnosed in the early spring of 2009, with the seemingly mildest level of endometriosis. My mum has it as well. I'm not enjoying it so far. I was on birth control trying to control cyclical pain, but my emotional reaction was too much to handle. Now I'm trying to control it with NSAIDS (naproxen), with an acceptable amount of success so far. Looking for folks to talk to about this, because it's really hard for anyone without endo to grasp.

      Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
I get great relief from the pain (no contractions, not even normal menstrual cramps). I did, however, have the "churning guts" experience that I'd had before being diagnosed. I also still experienced the sensation of bloated organs in my lower abdomen.
