    • Thanks

      From starting1anew Monday

Thank you for response to my thread. I just had the test done this past Friday. So hopefully it follows the same pattern as your own experience and I get the results on Wednesday as well.

Here's a hug to settle your fears and to soothe your mind. Try not to worry about this up coming surgery as you are in good hands, both in this world and the next. Take care, Sharon XX

Your comment from the article explaining techniques of positive thinking truly hit my core. The way you described yourself as being in the "now" just for the sake of living and feeling what moment carries you to the next despite the problems you face during the day really stuck in my mind. Really lovely, especially from someone who faces depression like me. I will try what you say. Thankyou

      Dyazide Working / Worked
This seems to work great for me. Before I started, I was unsteady almost all the time and had major vertigo attacks several times a week that required me to sleep it off before I was stable again. With dyazide I am pretty much normal, have not had a serious vertigo attack in 4+ years, only brief slight spins that last a few seconds. Made a huge difference for me.
