Close Hypothyroidism
Having difficulty managing thyroid disease and getting proper treatment. Have to wait long time to see new doctor while suffering with symptoms.
Treatments
- Armour Thyroid Working / Worked
- Was on Armour Thyroid for many years with good results. New endocrinologist refused to work with it and started me on Levoxyl which I seem to have trouble with. Dr. not very understanding of symptoms.
- Synthroid Not Working
- Levoxyl appears to have cause hyperthyroid symptoms with below normal TSH, but doctor does not agree that medication is the problem, although he cut my dosage to only 5 days per week.
Close Hyperthyroidism
Have had Hashimoto's for many years, but recently having hyperthyroid symptoms.
