Why am I struggling to keep on track?

Is it something I ate?

Or something I lack?,

Why is it as soon as a pound or two goes,

I still struggle to get into my lovely new clothes,

I know what it is, I'm ashamed to say,

It's those chocolate chip demons,

they won't go away.
