  Thanks for the hug! Makes a big difference...sorry if i'm long winded in my e-mails. Just want to encourage you and everybody! I'm in noway perfect but I try to stick to my regimen. I've had a lifetime of practice and have learned to look and the little things I've done right. If you already do some of the things in the list you are doing great!   Sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well. I actually get flares when there's a sick person near me. My husband gets sick a lot from his work. The first few times, I freaked out thinking I was going to die. I'm thinking that since our immune system is on hyperdrive, we will feel it (flare up) every time it fights off things like viruses. But because it's on hyperdrive, you never really get the full blown virus, just the flare ups...just a theory. Hope you feel better soon!
