Thanks for the hug! Makes a big difference...sorry if i'm long winded in my e-mails. Just want to encourage you and everybody! I'm in noway perfect but I try to stick to my regimen. I've had a lifetime of practice and have learned to look and the little things I've done right. If you already do some of the things in the list you are doing great! You deserve some serious rewards and pampering.

Close MCTD
Last June I was diagnosed w/SLE and Discoid Lupus. Then three months ago my new rheumy diagnosed me w/MCTD. I have been in emotional hell, depressed, in denial and confused since. My only true support this last year has been my husband and kids. I have felt alone, and need support. I feel like I am to much of a burden on my family and friends. Feel like my new Rheumy is not helping, and not getting the support I need from him.
Close Sjogren's Syndrome
I have MCTD, SLE, Discoid Lupus and Sjogrens...just diagnosed last week with sjogrens and don't know a whole lot about it.
Open Lupus
Diagnosed last year with SLE and Discoid Lupus, diagnosed a few months ago with MCTD and now sjogrens....looking for support
Treatments
- Plaquenil Somewhat Helpful
- Prednisone Somewhat Helpful
- got bad migranes, couldn't function correctly...did not like them
Open Hypothyroidism
I have SLE, MCTD, Sjogrens, Hypothyroid (hoshimoto) and more. I am looking for support and help on my thyroid trouble.
Treatments
- Synthroid Working / Worked
Open Degenerative Disc Disease
for help and support. I also have SLE, Disoicd Lupus, MCTD, Sjogrens, Osteopenia, Hypothyroid.
Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Have had trouble my whole life, tired of the pain, bloating and other things. Finally got a hopefully good dr. that is going to help me.

- somewhat, i think i am allergic to dairy
- Colace Working / Worked
- not worked for me
- Miralax Somewhat Helpful
- helped but bad cramping and nausea
- Psyllium Not Working
- did not work for me
