Went for a walk outside Mood

I went for a walk outside with my dogs and it was fabulous!  Only about 15 minutes so it wasn't very long, but it was wonderful to be outside in the cool, crisp air, and my dogs were so excited!  We haven't been for a walk in a long while.  I only regret that we had to come home long before they wanted to.  I've been walking on my treadmill which is fine, but nothing beats the outdoors and fresh air.

 

This has been a better week: less anxiety, less pain, feel better.  Praise the Lord!

    I'm up to walking outside for 18 minutes! That seems silly to get excited about, since I used to walk for 30 or more minutes with my dogs. However, every little gain is a victory, and my dogs are so happy when we walk outside! They (and I) love it! Still walking on the treadmill 30 minutes 3-4 days a week. Going back to the cardi 11/20 and I'm so glad that he's now coming to the town where I work. I won't have to drive for an hour and a half. YAY! I have many blessings to be thankful for.
