Contracted MRSA in operating room during removal of malignant melanoma. Cancer clear but MRSA is very difficult to deal with. Looking for support, advice on recuperation. After four months most days it's hard just to walk around the yard.

Close MRSA
Acquired MRSA during operation to remove malignant melanoma. Four months after hospitalization, still very tired and having trouble recuperating. Plus confused about future.
Treatments
- Clindamycin Working / Worked
- Post-hospital treatment, 20 days, 3 pills 3x per day. Worked.
- Hibiclens Working / Worked
- Use on any cut or other skin opening since then. Works.
- Vancomycin Working / Worked
- IV in hospital. Worked enough to leave hospital.
- Washing Working / Worked
- Do this in combination w/ bleach/water spray.
