      Hey Zack. Like most people here, i too can absolutely relate to your symptoms. My heart feels like it's pounding most of the time, I can't sleep at night because of it. The "fog" you are talking about is the worry and anxiety that you are experiencing. It's like you are there but not really because your mind is always on the anxiety/panic. I would def go to a doctor and just be checked out and make sure there isn't anything physically wrong with you (which is most likely the case) and then try diet and exercise to feel healthy and find some things that you really enjoy. Something that you can throw yourself into to keep your mind off the anxiety and the strange sensations you are experiencing. Good luck my friend... let me know how things turn out.

      I started suffering from panic attacks about 2 months ago. It's very difficult dealing with it, and I'm looking for some people that understand what is happening to me.

      Treatments

      Patience Working / Worked
      I do not like drugs, I've taken xanax and do not enjoy the feeling it gives me. So I have set up a 90 day course for myself in order to really break down what is wrong, involving breathing exercises relaxation techniques, and meditation. It's in the first stages but it seems to be working.
      Rescue Remedy Working / Worked
      I use orange blossom ionized water along with valerian and a small assortment of other flowers and such. The orange blossom works almost instantly, and helps calm me down.
