Dr is listening Mood
Wednesday, June 10, 2009 | A General Update story
Well went to a new dr yesterday and seemed to take the lack of period and the other symptoms including the cactarcats seriously enough to do some hormone tests and chk out the adreanls.. in my heart i know this probabaly another dead end.. and as my husbands says im just over focused on my own health and stressed out and do not take proper care of myself and what do i expect at 100 lbs over weight and smoking and blah blah blah but i am going to do the tests next week and see what comes of it.. all that can happen is it wont say anything helpful and i will not have lost anything...thast it for the update.. oh and i had the flu last week.. still do a little and i did lose 5 lbs .. so maybe its not as hard as i thought it was before.. or maybe whatever was wrong i have improved with some lifestyle changes.. i dunno we shall see

Stop kicking yourself. You don't need to be putting yourself down. You already have help in that department! It may turn out to be nothing. If it does, you can move on from there. But until then, give yourself a break. The doctor didn't do all that lab work just to satisfy your curuiosity. He saw a possible/probable problem and wants to take care of it. Let him. Let me know how the labs come out, okay? Thanks.
