Exercising, walking the dog, watching what I eat and I gain 5 pounds. I feel bloated and know that it should disappear shortly. This I know because I had a diet soda yesterday and I have been aspartame free for like 2 weeks now. Could be hormones as well.
How in the world did 5 pounds creep back on since Hubby is home?
Ah ha! I think I have figured it out. For one month I had to do everything, from meals to walking the dog and changing the Culligan water cooler. He came home Thursday and while I did everyday dance around the house, and walk the dog, I had not been cooking or doing dishes.
Revelation!!! I have to do everything to get enough of a calorie burn going. That sucks! And, it hurts!
I need a new outlook! Gear shift whatever you call it! UGH!
