I didn't move enough yesterday though.....I donated blood and I ended up crashing on my bed at 5pm and woke up at 11pm! Phew! On top of donating blood, I got my period that morning! LOL Today I'm cleaning the house, even my ceiling fans....wow.....I impress even myself! LOL

Close Fibromyalgia
Newly diagnosed with Fibro, 1 year diagnosis of Hypermobility syndrome. Todl they go hand in hand, lol

- Cyclobenzaprine Somewhat Helpful
- helps me to sleep
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Was allergic to it.
- Elavil Not Working
- Sleeping way to much and groggy to the point I am afraid to drive
- Heat Not Working
- Cold works better for me
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- I dont think it worked for the depression even but maybe the compulsion disorder it did. 30 mg once a day
- Vitamin B12 Too Soon to Tell

Close Brain Injury
MY son, age 12, had a TBI in 2002, which we just found out had compounded his existing learning disability, which was then only discovered after the concussion. He is doing better! Thank God!

- He talks about his problems and works out ways to solve or stop them. working on Cognitive behavior therapy with her as well.
- BuSpar Working / Worked
- Less Anxiety still hoping it will work for the disruptive behaviors
- Speech Therapy Working / Worked
- definitely worked but he says that the teachers don't correct his mispronunciations, like we do at home.
Open Arnold-Chiari Malformation
My 21 yo daughter has this. Made worse by her pregnancy, she has black outs, pain, headaches, muscle weakness and others. She has a 1 yo so none medicated right now.

Hypermobile for a year now.

- A lot of stretching and massage. Exercises I can do at home. Dec was last treatment for now.
