It's been just over a year ago when my cardio doctor told me she's carried me for 11 years now and she can't do any more------time to talk to the heart transplant team
she told me a long time ago when we first started down this road that this day would come. well meet with the transplant team and theres a bunch of them. been to 2 stress tests so far ive passed both of them not by much and another one next month...will write more after the test
