Hi and thanks for being a friend. How are you getting on? I imagine you would have recovered some more from the surgery by now and perhaps stated the chemo.. Loads of best wishes to you and hoping all is going well.. Inka

Sorry to read you are suffering after your op. I agree with Janet that you need to get your pain meds sorted as really there is no need to be in so much pain form this. The anxiety from all you are being put through can't be helping either.. so do whatever you can to relax and enjoy lots.. It will help to keep you strong. I can remember dreading the first chemo, that was over nine years ago now,. I was very surprised at how well I tolerated it.. and I went into remission for over seven years. Our fears are always worse than the reality with these things.

We will all be here with you and for you, so keep us all informed on how you are getting on .. then we can support you properly. When I your chemo? I will be wishing for the best for you.. Inka

Hi and welcome, It sounds as though you are going through a rough time right now. Things were very difficult for me, too, but the dark times do end. If you are not getting adequate relief I would definitely call the doctor about the pain. There are plenty of things that you can take that should help you be more comfortable. This is a great site with many wonderful people who help one another on this journey. Many of us have a similar whirlwind experience that you describe; while others travel a long road to diagnosis. I am sure you will feel better soon but, again, I urge you to contact the doctor about your pain. Best wishes, Janet
