Hey man how have you been? My PTSD has been bad in evenings but Clarke and Tom have been helping me distract from it. Going to doc Tues because my whole digestive system is whacked and getting worse. Clarke is healthy. Tom has felt real poorly. Went to a Christmas craft show but there were too many people and the building was too big so I left but found a cool imports store (smaller) and found some cool Christmas presents. Going to grocery today and then maybe a dog walk. How are your kiddos? and Alyssa? sp? Weather here has been nice. I got Bradley and Cayleb a dvd for Christmas other day. Will mail it later next week. Counting my blessings. Keeping hope and faith alive, love and hugs Jennay

Its cold here to and the snow is supposed to start falling this week. The only thing I really hate about Canada is the winter. I love the sun

I believe the difference, from what I understand, is in the level of mania. BP2's do not quite reach the heights of our mania we actually become psychotic during mania. BP2's are a step below that. Hypomania, which involves delusions of grandeur and energetic work situations, etc... Also I understand that the depression for 2's is much worse....
